Subscription - Terms and Disclaimers

TERMS:

  • In order to prevent abuse of the subscription service, FREE STANDARD/GROUND shipping (3-5 days) is contingent on the processing of your first renewal.  Meaning, if your subscription is cancelled prior to your first renewal shipment, you will be charged a fee for the full price of shipping for your initial order (minimum of $7.00).
  • EXPRESS/PRIORITY shipping (1-2 days) is available for a discounted flat rate fee of $5.00.
  • You can manage/change/cancel your subscription via our subscription customer portal 
  • You will receive a renewal notice one day prior to your subscription charge.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime prior to your renewal to avoid any new recurring charges.
  • To receive a refund for subscriptions cancelled after being charged, you  must contact us prior to your subscription being shipped.
  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been shipped.
