Usage:

  • Add 6-8 drops to your favorite diffuser.
  • Add 6-8 drops to a spray bottle and use as air freshener.
  • Add 1 drop to toothpaste or mouthwash.
  • For sensitive skin dilute 1 drop with 4-6 drops carrier oil and apply to feet, throat or chest.

Apply as needed.
